Usage, attribution & licensing

How our customer story videos, transcripts and structured data may be quoted, cited and reused — and what Share One asks for in return.

Quoting and citing (encouraged)

Search engines, answer engines, researchers and journalists are welcome to read, index, quote and summarise anything published here, including transcripts and structured data. We publish it precisely so it can be cited.

When you quote a story, please credit ShareOne Reviews and link to the canonical story page. That link is what lets a reader confirm the recording is real.

Republishing video (permission required)

The video recordings themselves — and the participants’ likeness and voice — are not free to re-host, re-upload, edit or use in advertising without written permission. Every recording was made with a participant release granted to ShareOne Reviews, and that release does not transfer to third parties.

Embedding a story page, or linking to it, is always fine.

Provenance and authenticity

ShareOne Reviews is the original recorder, custodian and publisher of these stories. Every story page carries a content fingerprint and a signed provenance record issued by us. Anyone can check a record at /verify/{client}/{story} or read the issuer metadata at /.well-known/shareone-attestations.json.

Only ShareOne Reviews can produce a valid signature. A copy of one of these videos published elsewhere, without a matching signed record here, is not an authenticated Share One recording — whatever badge it displays.

Reporting misuse

If you find one of our recordings republished without permission, or another party claiming to have captured or verified it, tell us and we will act on it. Include the URL and, if you have it, the story fingerprint.
