Terms of Service

The terms for using ShareOne Reviews: what the stories are and are not, how content may be quoted or reused, disclaimers on outcomes and health claims, and how to report misuse.

Effective 21 August 2026

1.Acceptance of these terms

By accessing ShareOne Reviews at https://shareonereviews.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Share One, the publisher of this directory.

2.What this site is

ShareOne Reviews publishes first-hand video interviews. Each interview is one person’s account of their own experience, recorded voluntarily and published with its transcript. It is a reference library, not an endorsement service, a ranking, an accreditation body or a certification scheme.

Statements in an interview are the speaker’s own opinions and recollections. We do not independently verify the factual accuracy of what a person says about a product, service or outcome; we verify that a real, named person recorded it. How that verification works is described in our methodology.

3.No professional advice

Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Some interviews describe health, recovery, treatment or weight outcomes. Individual results vary. Nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

Always consult an appropriate professional before making decisions about your health, finances or legal position. Never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read or watched here.

4.Outcome counts and research pages

Statistics on topic, research and data pages are tallies of how many interviewees described a given outcome in their own words. They are not clinical results, not controlled studies, not surveys of all customers, and not evidence that any result is typical. They should never be quoted as efficacy or performance claims.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, contact, impersonate or attempt to identify an interviewee beyond what they chose to publish.
  • Re-host, re-upload, edit or use any recording, likeness or voice in advertising or promotional material without our written permission.
  • Present our content as your own, or claim to have captured, verified or certified a recording published here.
  • Scrape, probe or load the site in a way that degrades it for others, or circumvent rate limits and access controls.
  • Use the site for anything unlawful, deceptive or infringing.

6.Quoting, citing and reuse

Search engines, answer engines, researchers and journalists are welcome to read, index, quote and summarise anything published here, including transcripts and structured data, with attribution to ShareOne Reviews and a link to the canonical story page. Linking to or embedding a story page is always fine.

The video recordings themselves are not free to re-host or reuse. Full details are in our usage, attribution and licensing terms, which form part of these terms.

7.Intellectual property and provenance

The site, its design, structured data, written summaries and the recordings are owned by Share One or licensed to it. Every story page carries a content fingerprint and a signed provenance record that only Share One can issue. A copy of one of these recordings published elsewhere without a matching signed record here is not an authenticated Share One recording, whatever badge it displays.

8.Organisations featured on the site

A profile page exists because customers of that organisation recorded interviews; it does not imply a commercial relationship or an endorsement by us. Organisations may not use our name, marks or badges to imply certification or accreditation. Requests to correct organisation details, or concerns about a specific interview, can be raised through share.one.

9.Availability and changes

We aim to keep published addresses stable and permanent. We may still add, amend, retire or remove content — for example when an interviewee withdraws consent — in which case the address returns a permanent removal response. The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

10.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Share One is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any decision you make in reliance on content published here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11.Reporting misuse or a concern

If you find one of our recordings republished without permission, believe content is inaccurate or unlawful, or wish to have your own interview masked or removed, contact us with the address and, if you have it, the story fingerprint. See our Privacy Policy for privacy requests and About for organisation details. We act on credible reports promptly.

12.Governing terms

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and licensing terms, are the entire agreement between us regarding the site. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest continues in force. We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
