What was your life like before coming to 40 Years of Zen?

Before 40 Years of Zen I came with a sense of stuckness, I was having relationship issues and just had this sense of fear of even though I felt like I had done everything what was the future going to hold?

How do you feel as you are leaving the program?

I leave 40 Years of Zen being willing to be human and realizing that's the spiritual experience in being able to show up for myself in an authentic way and show up for the world in an authentic way.

What are you most excited about moving forward?

Moving forward, I'm most excited about being my true self, having real loving authentic relationships and being able to go out in the world and be the change that I want to see.

I would recommend 40 Years of Zen to others because it's a very full body experience. It's not just the neurofeedback, it's not just the coaching, it's not just the awesome food but it's the community that's here and it's this full body approach that really generates a sense of wholeness healing and what the future can be.

I feel so grateful that 40 Years of Zen exists because it gives me hope for what the future holds for people that are having difficulties whether it be with trauma or mental health issues or just relationships with their loved ones and to be a part of something that I really think will have a very positive impact on the future is very heartwarming to me.
