You can't, like, drive by and kinda see things. You don't know really what's going on. So having the company actually working my rental, and actually doing everything for me, has been extremely easy and very smooth. So I haven't really have to worry about too many things. I decided to work with the company because when I was first looking for property management companies, I was trying to find the right one. And I was looking online, and I was looking through reviews, and I was looking at some of the newer ones out there, some of the older ones. And when I was reading across some of the reviews on this one, I was looking at the way they manage things, the way they reached out to tenants. And the first time that I met Barron McWright, I was just like, okay, this is a really good company. Just after talking to him, it sounds like he really cares about his property owners, he's really communicative all the time in regards to anything and everything that's going on with them. So I went ahead and went with the company because of the good communication there and the good reviews that was on the company's website. So before I was a new investor, more so property owner, and I just wanted to get in and get a property manager. Someone who is efficient and good, that could handle a property, and me not have to worry about it on the tail end. And he just takes care of everything, which is exactly what is basically going on. If there's something that comes up, he messages me, I email him back, and he basically just takes care of it for me. So the benefits that I've gained working with PM McWright would probably be fast and efficient communication, decent portal that they've been working on to see all the property specs and everything like that. So that's extremely handy, extremely nice, an app from the phone. So that's been a big win right there. And then just smooth flowing over the years. I've been with PM McWright probably for I want to say over 5 years now; it's been a while. So it's been a long time, and I've never had any issues. communication. That's one of the main things where the ball drops and if you're not communicating with the other person, quality control is going to die down, and you're not going to know what's going to happen with that I would recommend McWright PM because they are efficient in what they do. They know how to communicate. They know how to take care of your property. They have good connections around Jacksonville, Florida area, and they make sure that they do the job right the first time. So if something needs to get done, they go in, they do it, and they do it for reasonable price. They will go to the man that's got the licenses and permits. They will pull them and they will go to somebody who's reasonably priced, make sure they get the job done right.
