And then I use the eye one around my eyes and the serum. so that'd be like my routine in the morning, right when I get up, And then I use I use the avocado olive oil and or MCT oil drops in my coffee in the morning, so I make like thing with oil powder and collagen and I use C60 drops in there. And then I drink that in my coffee and then at lunch. I always have this My gummy I always have that at lunch And then at nighttime, I would use the skin oil again and stuff.
