As far as parking goes, that's a recurring cash flow business with very limited capital outflows. Very interesting. Misner, Annapolis, Maryland or Vero Beach, Florida. I'm a commercial real estate investor. I heard about Sunrise Capital Investors via online interfacing, primarily on LinkedIn. One thing that would've made me walk away when I was investing was the lack of transparency. If I realized there was any lack of transparency from the leadership or anyone at Sunrise, I would have walked away. What made me move forward with Sunrise was... their investment thesis was with what I believe. The investment thesis is for manufactured housing, where there's tax advantages, there's doing good for all stakeholders, and there's insatiable demand with limited supply. My overall experience as an investor with Sunrise has been outstanding. They, as I expected, very transparent and very forthright of all the good things that are happening within the portfolio. And then there's always struggles that happen in the portfolio, and they tell us about it. And then most importantly, they tell us how they're fixing those issues. Other than the profits, what I value about the Sunrise team is their authenticity. They say what's happening. They're excited about saying what's happening, both the good and the bad. What I would tell somebody sitting on the fence about investing in Sunrise is... they are what they say they are. This is a legitimate enterprise. These are very good people. They run a wonderful organization and I'm so glad I am involved with them.
