How has your life changed since working with Natalie at Bluestem Nutrition?

Life since Natalie, it's been amazing. I've had way more energy. I don't take as many naps. I have a clear brain for sure. I have no stomach pain. So that's a huge plus.

What health challenges were you facing before you started?

I had a lot of stomach issues and actually have gallstones. I had reached out to many of my doctors and their results were go on a low-fat diet and nothing else they can do besides take the gallbladder out.

Why did you choose to reach out to Bluestem Nutrition?

I reached out to Natalie to see if she could help with the gallstones before surgery. That was something I would prefer to keep my gallbladder. I gave Natalie a shot because she seemed very confident. All the questions I had, she answered them.

What was the experience of working with Natalie like?

Working with Natalie, it was interesting. She would give you a bunch of supplements to try. Her goal was to make sure that you knew why you were taking each supplement. And if you had a question, she definitely liked to go above and beyond and let you know why you're taking this supplement.
