Smriti Shivdasani Exceeded Revenue Targets by 40% and Gained 15 New Clients

Hi, my name is Smriti Shivdasani, I live in Mumbai, India. Before joining Elevate, my biggest challenge was to get the kind of number of clients I really wanted to scale up my business, have more clients - and not just clients, but the kind of clients I really wanted to work with. I exceeded all my targets. My revenue went up by at least 40%. I also feel at a personal level, I have become even more confident in the way I coach my clients and the way I connect with them has deepened. And as a result, my clients have been having breakthroughs. And because they've been having breakthroughs the word has been spreading and they are literally my champions. And they keep referring more and more people to me. So I love what I am creating by becoming the person that the Elevate program invites me to. The biggest takeaway for me has been the way my coach inspires. The way my coach invites me to go beyond where I am even when I find it hard to lean into it. Like, something I want but I hesitate. So my biggest takeaway is how to coach even better than where I am right now. I love the Elevate Intensives because the faculty that trains us in those intensives is so committed to our growth. I love the fact that they are so heart-centered. They want us to go beyond our limiting paradigms. They want us to be fully equipped with tools, with concepts, with knowledge, information... that will help us serve our clients better. The Elevate Intensives strengthen the fundamentals for me.
