When I began the Book Launchers process I was a little skeptical in terms of my first draft. I put a lot of work into it and I felt I had created something special and as I was going through this process I began to realize that I really needed to focus on the hook and the message of the book. Well, an honorable first attempt meant that my message wasn't getting conveyed in the way I needed it to get conveyed. After my company was sold, I really thought about what it was like. I've been a purpose driven entrepreneur and I really wanted to share success with others, my main goal was to touch someone's life and help them to create a company culture of excellence while really creating meaning for the people they served both inside the organization as well as their customers and community. I was inspired to write the book because I talked to so many people who are disengaged at work. They're feeling lost, excluded and unheard. I wanted to give leaders the opportunity to set a culture with intent rather than letting it create a culture chaotically based on employees experiences and opinions.
