The interview

How would you summarize your overall experience at bVital?

It was well worth it and I mean ask me in six months and I'll tell you about how, what it does to me physically but just me mentally, it was worth it. It way exceeded my expectations and it was wonderful. The people were wonderful and it all made sense.

What brought you to the clinic and how were you feeling before?

When I got here it was my Hail Mary, I think it's a good one. My life was less hopeful. If you don't believe something can happen and good to you, it probably won't. And he's given me hope.

What challenges were you facing with your current medical regimen?

Well, the medication comes and goes. I mean, when it works for me, it works really well but the longer I have the disease, the smaller my window between how long it takes for it to start working and how long I get before it stops is smaller and smaller window, so it's definitely not a solution.

What were you hoping to achieve with the stem cell procedure?

I thought the stem cell procedure would help me, give me an edge or a little better control of my symptoms and I knew it was going to be a little different.

What surprised you most about your time at the center?

What surprised me the most was that Dr. Eckel was so personable and the staff was so wonderful and also that they kept me that busy all week. I didn't know that they would. I figured we'd have time for sightseeing and stuff and we didn't but I mean that's good because I'm here for a reason, I want to get well.

How would you describe the community and environment at the clinic?

The staff and other patients they were all very nice. Somebody offered, took us for a tour yesterday. One another patient that was very nice.

Frequently asked

Is the treatment at bVital worth the investment for chronic conditions?

Lesley Fedida stated the treatment was 'well worth it' and 'way exceeded' her expectations. Even before seeing the full physical results, she noted the mental benefit alone justified the experience.

What is the patient experience like during a week at bVital?

Lesley was surprised by how busy the staff kept her throughout the week, leaving little time for sightseeing. She appreciated the personable nature of Dr. Eckel and the supportive environment created by the staff and other patients.

Can stem cell therapy help when traditional medications are failing?

Lesley sought out bVital because her medication window was becoming smaller and smaller, making it an unsustainable solution. She viewed the stem cell procedure as a way to gain an 'edge' and better control over her symptoms.
