The interview

Who are you and what does your company do?

My name is Ben Dexter. I am NAPA TRACS's National Training Manager. NAPA TRACS has been around since 1989 and services over ten thousand repair shops across the country with industry-leading shop management software.

What was the primary challenge you faced before working with Cobblestone Consulting?

The challenge that I faced was trying to take the experience and knowledge that I've gained over thirty years in the industry and be able to relay that in a digestible way for customers to be able to learn what has taken decades to amass. I had to become a subject matter expert in digital media, which was not my forte.

Why did you decide to seek outside help for your training projects?

I realized very quickly the amount of time I was spending educating myself and trying to piecemeal together a professional appearance, we needed a bigger project. We needed somebody to take that on for us.

What stood out to you about Cobblestone Consulting during the selection process?

What stood out to us with Cobblestone Consulting was their industry experience, not just in automotive, but in general business-to-business type communication. They're professional at every level, and we felt we were represented very well with their product.

How would you describe the experience of working with their team?

My overall experience working with Cobblestone Consulting has been a great blend of friendship and professional communication. I don't feel like I'm just another account. I feel like they are in our corner, and they're flexible enough to meet our ever-changing needs.

What specific results have you seen since partnering with them?

The results of working with Cobblestone have been nothing short of incredible. The amount of time I spend creating content is at a minimum on my end, and they take the rest of it and deliver a professional product. Prior to using Cobblestone, it would take me hours to create one video. Now it takes me minutes.

Has your content output changed?

The amount of content we're able to produce in a shorter period of time has also increased dramatically.

What would you say to other businesses considering Cobblestone Consulting?

I'd say to any business that's interested in taking their digital media and their marketing to the next level, to have somebody in their corner that can take away the questions, deliver on the results, you no longer have to take a gut feeling into account with Cobblestone. You have somebody right from the rip that can do it and do it very well.
