Cotswolds Kitchen Refurbishment Completed with Premium Custom Worktops and Rapid Delivery

Jenny Sheppard (00:00) exceeded all my expectations in terms of the support that they gave us, the... time that it took them to get the product to us, the quality of the product. my name is Jenny Sheppard. I live in the Cotswolds in England, and the project was a mini refurbishment of our kitchen which required some upgrading from its original state. and House of Worktops helped me to deliver that beautifully, I have to say. I visited a huge number of retailers, spoken to quite a few people, spent quite a long time online. I came over - stumbled over an advertisement for them, literally, which was great. reached out and from moment 1 they were very, very good, very efficient and... ⁓ I'd not found anything met the price and the time delivery that we needed, so I think it would still we'd still be waiting for stuff to arrive. had a very specific thing that we wanted and a very specific budget we had to stay within those guidelines. So I think I probably would have waited and that feeds back into the fact that the project would probably still remain unfinished. my single biggest concern immediately was that I'd never heard of them. this was not an organization which I was familiar with. I solved that by reading the reviews online, taking some time to look at those. when you're spending any amount of money, you want to be sure that that's going to be something you can be reasonably certain of. And they did, they exceeded on every level. ⁓ there were a lot of people that were happy with them and the quality of what they've done, but also the interaction with them, their customer service and the way that they are available to you, which was great. they first sent me some which were beautiful. not tiny little tiles of things, they were proper pieces of worktop that you could match and I was able to match the grain with some of the stuff - existing stuff that we've got. the whole thing was so smooth. He followed up with me, but he wasn't chasing me, he wasn't pushing me. the whole package, I think, made me feel quite comfortable about it. It looks great, it's still not completely finished, but we are a long way down the road. we're just waiting for some of the soft furnishings and things to arrive. So yes, I'm delighted with it. it's fantastic. I love it. Yeah. I'd do it all again. they will put your mind at rest very quickly.
