The interview

What was your professional background before joining InfiniteAloe?

Before I joined Infinite Aloe, I had a job actually selling picture frames. I wasn't a good fit for that. A friend of mine was the recruiter for Infinite Aloe at the time. She got the agreement for me to do it for one day, and then I agreed to do a second and a third day, and then a week somewhere else.

What do you like most about the work environment at InfiniteAloe?

Something that I liked about this job that kept me doing it was I got to travel, and that's one of my favorite things about this job. A lot of jobs, you're in the same office every day talking to the same people, and gets kind of boring and stale. And with Infinite Aloe, each show is in a different place.

How much money can a new representative expect to make?

There is opportunity to make money, and because it's commission thing, when I first started working, I was able to make a lot of money my first three or four weeks, three thousand dollars or four thousand dollars for the first two weeks. It was more than a thousand dollars a week each week, and to me, it was a lot of money.

How does the sales process work for InfiniteAloe products?

Infinite Aloe has Costco shows that they do, and then to a smaller degree, they have trade shows that they do. Usually, you're doing the show by yourself, so it's a little bit more of an executive position where you're the manager, you're the salesperson, you're counting the inventory. The main job is sales, and I like that I get to be my own manager.

What is the reputation of the product among existing customers?

Something that happens all the time because Infinite Aloe is not a new product. I'll be talking to someone, and a Costco shopper will stop and say to my customer, 'I bought this a year ago, and it's amazing. You should get it.' So I'll get testimonials just randomly through the day.

What would you say to someone considering joining the company?

For people that are thinking of joining Infinite Aloe and becoming a representative, they should try it. Check it out. It's actually a very good company. The management is very sane and friendly, and it can be very good money, and it can be a career. A very telling thing is there are a lot of salespeople that have stuck with the company for more than ten years.

Something about Infinite Aloe is it's actually a very, very good product, and it's very popular too. So it's actually not that hard to sell. And a lot of selling is also finding the person that's interested. And with Infinite Aloe, it's not super hard to find somebody that's interested because it's actually a really good product. My name's Zach Aaron, and before I joined Infinite Aloe, I had a job actually selling picture frames. I wasn't a good fit for that. A friend of mine was the recruiter for Infinite Aloe at the time. She got the agreement for me to do it for one day, and then I agreed to do a second and a third day, and then a week somewhere else. We scheduled one job after the next, and I was basically working flat out for the next six months or something before I had a break. Something that I like about working for Infinite Aloe, there's somewhat of a flexible schedule. You can work for three weeks at a stretch, have a month off, have a couple of weeks off. I needed work. That's the honest answer. But something that I liked about this job that kept me doing it was I got to travel, and that's one of my favorite things about this job. A lot of jobs, you're in the same office every day talking to the same people, and gets kind of boring and stale. And with Infinite Aloe, each show is in a different place, so you get to interact with basically coworkers. A lot of people, they don't like the idea of selling because it can be a little bit painful. It's not something painful or difficult. It's that you're selling something to someone, and sometimes they don't wanna hear it, and so you get this rejection. And after a while, you become a stronger, tougher person, and you develop good social skills. I was able to get e- enough people to buy it that they decided to have me back, basically. One reason why I keep working for Infinite Aloe, it's very honest. It's a simple thing that the customer can tell right away because they get to feel it on their hand and see what it is immediately. I started working for Infinite Aloe. The first day, to be honest, I didn't do that great on my first day, and so they had me for a second day, and I did a little bit better. And then third day, I did better, and then the fourth day, I did better. There is opportunity to make money, and because it's commission thing, when I first started working, I was able to make a lot of money my first three or four weeks, three thousand dollars or four thousand dollars for the first two weeks. It was more than a thousand dollars a week each week, and to me, it was a lot of money. There's maybe three or four reasons why I work for Infinite Aloe, and one of them is the money. I'm not doing it as a volunteer. You know, there is that. Infinite Aloe has Costco shows that they do, and then to a smaller degree, they have trade shows that they do. In terms of the work week working for Infinite Aloe versus some other job, it's not clocking in and clocking out. And usually, you're doing the show by yourself, so it's a little bit more of an executive position where you're the manager, you're the salesperson, you're counting the inventory. The main job is sales, and so I really like that. And also, I like that I get to be my own manager, deciding when I take a break and when I don't. That's something that I like about it too. Something that happens all the time because Infinite Aloe is not a new product. You know, it's a smaller company, but it's not new. So I'll be talking to someone, and a Costco shopper will stop and say to my customer, "I bought this a year ago, and it's amazing. You should get it." So I'll get testimonials just randomly through the day. An amazing day for me, in my personal opinion, is when I'm really able to help. Those are the days when I go home feeling the best about it because I really helped a bunch of people and made a difference for someone else. For people that are thinking of joining Infinite Aloe and becoming a representative, they should try it. Check it out. It's actually a very good company, Infinite Aloe. The management is very sane and friendly, and it can be very good money, and it can be a career, and it has been a career.
