The interview

What advice do you have for someone struggling to scale their impact?

If you have been struggling to figure out what the heck you are doing, you know you want to help millions of people, you know you have special gifts and talents and you've done all the education, all the pieces, and you're still struggling, it's because you need to be with a community of people who have gone before you. They have laid the pathway, they know what they're doing. They're going to hold your hand and guide you to get to where you're going.

Who are you and what is your professional focus?

I'm Dr. Tabitha. I'm the gutsy gynecologist. I am a triple board certified physician and hormone expert, and I love helping women finally get their hormones balanced, have sustained energy and unstoppable strength. And I do that by teaching them how to fast their bodies and feed their faith.

What was your life like before joining Mindshare?

My life before Mindshare was exhausting. I was a burnt out OBGYN physician. I worked about 70 hours a week. I slept a couple hours a night. And it just wasn't sustainable for me and I wasn't truly helping my patients. So I reached my breaking point.

What specific business milestones have you achieved since joining?

Since joining Mindshare, I gave up my salaried OBGYN position and my 401k and all those golden handcuffs. And I now run a virtual medical practice with providers underneath me. And we care for women all across the country. And I have my own supplement line. I just launched my second book that teaches women how to really nourish their soul, to reconnect their body and heal truly.

How has the community supported your media and outreach efforts?

I just released my 200th podcast episode, which is incredible because of the people in this community. They just supported me and lifted me up from the very beginning.

What is your favorite aspect of the Mindshare experience?

My favorite part of being in Mindshare are the retreats. Physically connecting with other humans. When I joined, it was during the pandemic, and so it was all virtual, all online. And I was on that chat, just connecting soul to soul over Zoom and getting to know these people. And when we got to actually meet in person, it was incredible.

What is the overall value of the group for your business?

You can really find your passion again and then get all the business tools to make it happen. So I just absolutely love the collaboration and the community in this group.
