Executive Assistant Gains Job Security and Strategic Partnership Through Atlas Assistants

So like right now I'm very invested in my clients. anyone who's considering Atlas, I say don't hesitate because you get all the support and you decide for yourself. Atlas really takes care of both clients and executive assistants. You're a superhero, you can do whatever is tasked because you're trained. Hello, so I'm Jean Perez. I'm from the Philippines and I'm supporting an executive in the coaching business. Basically she's supporting women out of being burnout, all the executive women. I've been with her for more than a year and so far so good. Before Atlas, I was already with another client as an executive assistant, but in another lifetime, I was in sales. I worked in an aesthetic clinic. So basically the pandemic has inspired me to try remote work and that's what led me here. I want a fulfillment of not just being a task-doer, I want to feel like I'm a partner. obviously I'm working for her, but I want to feel like I'm also working with her. and how I I can contribute to the company as well, and Atlas has been just marvelous. I've been with another placement agency before as an executive assistant, and I could definitely compare how Atlas is really stepping up not just for the executive, but for the executive assistants as well. So it's really a win-win situation. It's not about just doing something. It's about enjoying what I'm doing. that's what Atlas has really given me. And besides that Atlas has provided security. I just gave birth to my first child. And so I was on maternity leave for About a month. job security has really been one of the things that I didn't really worry about. the application process, It's very challenging and I love how it really filters the executive assistants who really are of this certain quality. in my country, it's a very dense career. Everyone's trying to be an executive assistant or at least a virtual assistant. And so that was really challenging and inspiring and motivating. basically it gave me a sneak peek of everything I need to know about the company. All the core values that has instilled to me by Atlas. you know, I always hold myself high to that level of service that I can give to my client. really everything. It's ownership, it's liability, it's going above and beyond, being strategic and being proactive. I do know that I do have a community to back me up. I can always ask questions, You know, my client, she likes to give feedback. not just positive one, but like constructive one. that's what I love about our partnership. also seeing my work. you know, like, As simple as she would ask me to do slideshows and I would tell her I don't have much experience with, like, social media. And she said, "okay, give it a shot." So I did. you know, these slideshows eventually were presented to the clients. it's a sense of fulfillment that You know, I do see it out there. I do see my work out there. And that's something I'm very appreciative of. It's really the peace of mind. as an executive assistant, as someone working remotely, it's really about independence. It's not all about trainings. it's really about the support, the genuine support that Atlas gives. I'm very, very, very thankful for that.
