What made you decide to trust Dr. Yates and her approach?

I could feel her through the computer and the Zoom and webinar and all of that. And then I researched her and found her credentials were impeccable. Her way and approach just made common sense to me. It was empowering to know that it wasn't my fault completely.

What physical changes have you experienced since starting the program?

I am almost off everything. Unbelievably, I'm no longer diabetic—which floored me. I just got my blood work. I'm not taking anything more for my stomach. My cholesterol medicine's cut in half, my depression meds are cut in half. I'm walking two to three miles and back to doing strength training.

What was the most surprising thing you learned about your body?

What surprised me the most was, I found out it wasn't my fault with my weight and learning about my body and the science is proving that. I found out my body was just so out of whack. It's being aware of my body now and how my body reacts to food.

How has your quality of life changed overall?

She opened up my world, and it changed. I found me again and it's just been a great journey. It's a whole new phase of my life that I never thought, at this age, that I would feel this way and feeling good. I'm excited about my life again.
