What is your overall impression of the masterclass event?
The masterclass event is exactly what a masterclass should be. We got the basics from when we took the Nutritious Life studio course and the masterclass is giving us high-level education in current issues in the field. So it keeps us current.
How would you describe the community at Nutritious Life?
In addition to all the edification, we have this wonderful community. So it's building connections, it's building community—an environment where there is just so much love and so much support for all. Everyone's doing the same thing but we're also supportive of each other.
Could you introduce yourself and your professional background?
Hi, I'm Mary Geffroy. I'm a nutrition and wellness coach and I live in Amelia Island, Florida.
Did you have any hesitations about joining the program?
Nutritious Life masterclass is for everyone. I'm a little bit older and so I have to say I struggled with that—Is this really for me? And I can say that it most definitely is.
Who would you recommend this program to?
We have people here from all ages and all different places and so it really is for anybody who is interested in teaching people how to live their most Nutritious Life.
