The interview

What was your experience like before finding Reimagined Health?

It was a little stressful in the journey of trying to get pregnant and stay pregnant. We had our first miscarriage, which was shocking because we are young. Then we got pregnant again immediately, but at the first scan, there was no heartbeat. Traditional doctors didn't focus on the root cause; they just focused on getting me pregnant and moving on.

How did you first connect with the program?

I started looking on social media and Instagram for people who had been through this. She messaged me and it felt like a safe place where she understood what I was going through. She told me she couldn't guarantee I'd be a candidate and that my partner and I both had to be in the same mindset, which made me feel like it was real and different.

What physical changes did you notice during the program?

The first couple of months were rough, but then I started seeing changes in my cycles and my mood swings. I used to get a lot of migraines, and I started noticing that those were going away. I also learned to relax more and manage the panic I felt about not being able to have a child.

What specific protocols did you follow?

I started incorporating red light therapy, taking off the screens, going to bed early, and waking up to have three big meals. It was mostly to make sure my body was getting the right nutrition to be able to carry a child.

What was the ultimate result of the program for you and your partner?

We waited until I felt my body was optimal. We got married in March, tried in April, and boom—we were pregnant like that. We knew we didn't have an issue getting pregnant; the issue was staying pregnant. Now we know we're having a healthy baby girl and we are just very grateful.

What advice do you have for others considering Reimagined Health?

I would say it's a program where you have to be dedicated and go in with an open mindset. It's not an easy fix. It worked for us because it was very personalized to our couple goal and what we specifically needed to work on.

Frequently asked

Yes. Jennifer Rodriguez noted that the program required both her and her partner to be on the same mindset, as traditional doctors often only tested her while ignoring her partner's role in the miscarriages.

Is the Reimagined Health program an easy fix for infertility?

Jennifer Rodriguez emphasizes that it is not an easy fix and requires a dedicated, open mindset. Success in the program comes from being committed to the personalized instructions and lifestyle changes over several months.

What lifestyle changes are involved in the Reimagined Health program?

Jennifer incorporated red light therapy, removed screens before bed, improved her sleep schedule, and focused on eating three large, nutritious meals daily to optimize her body for pregnancy.

After working with Reimagine Health, I do give the program a lot of credit, and obviously I give myself a lot of credit because after following the program, you also have to be, like, strong-minded as a person and say, "Yeah, I need to follow what everybody's telling me from this program, the modules." It's changed our life. We're pregnant now, we're having a healthy kid, and we're just very grateful. My name is Jennifer Rodriguez Carrasquillo. I am a teacher for Miami-Dade County Public Schools Charters. It was a little stressful, I would say, in the journey of, like, trying to get pregnant and stay pregnant. I mean, I would work a lot. My partner and I, we really didn't try, I would say a lot of things. You know, we had our first miscarriage, and it was kind of shocking to us. For him, it was kinda more like, "Oh, it's a fluke," you know, "We're still young. Things happen. There shouldn't really be anything that could be hindering me from trying to get pregnant." And then right after we had that miscarriage, we got pregnant again. And then when we went for our first, you know, scan, uh, there was no heartbeat. Oh my God, like, what could be happening? We ran some tests, like blood work and stuff like that to see what was going on. Everything came back normal, like in the normal range, but it was always just me. You know? My partner really didn't get tested for anything, so we didn't really think about it. And then I started reading more books, and then I said, "No, we both need to get tested. We need to do something. We need guidance." And that's where we landed. Before the Reimagine program, we were kinda at loss. We really didn't know what we were doing at that moment. Traditional doctors don't really focus on the root cause of, like, miscarriages and what they are. They just focus on getting you pregnant and moving on. And I started, you know, f- looking up on social media, on Instagram, just trying to follow people that have been through something like this. She messaged me on social media and we were talking, and it felt like a safe place. It felt like she understood what I was going through and she said, "I can't guarantee that you're going to be a perfect candidate for our program. I cannot work just with you. You and your partner both have to be on the same mindset." And that's how I felt, okay, this could be real. This feels different. Maybe we can get to the root cause of what's really happening. The first couple of months were rough, and then we started... I started seeing little bit of changes in my cycles and my mood swings. I was getting a lot of migraines. I started noticing that those were going away. I was very sensitive to the idea of not having a child, so I would panic a lot. But towards the end, I started noticing myself, okay, like incorporating the red light therapy, taking off the screens, going to bed early, waking up and having, you know, the three big meals. It was just mostly to make sure that my body was getting the right nutrition to be able to carry a child into this earth. I feel like the doctors and all the staff members and even the personnel working behind, you know, the emails, everybody really did help. And with the program, you know, it was kind of like, okay, I need to lay back. I need to breathe. I just need to relax. And then I started relaxing more and just doing all the stuff that I needed to do. I was still scared at three months, you know? I was like, "I don't think my body is optimal to do this." So then we waited. Literally, we got married, like, in March, and then we tried in April and boom, we were pregnant like that. It was just like we didn't even have to try. So we knew we didn't have an issue getting pregnant. The issue was staying pregnant, right? And that was, like, the hardest thing to accomplish. From the moment on, we found out after we got married and then got pregnant, it's just been, I would say, a joyful but a very scary moment just because we're still in awe. Ah, we can't believe, like, this is real, you know, after everything we've gone through. But we know that we're having a healthy baby girl, so we're happy, we're very content, and we're just really happy that we were able to do the program and see success. If you are thinking to working with Reimagine Health, I would say it's a program that you have to be dedicated. It's something that you have to go with an opened mindset because it's not just gonna be something that it's going to be an easy fix. What the program really does, at least for us, it was very personalized. You know, we got special instruction to our couple goal, what we needed to work on, and that's why it worked for me and my partner. You have to be committed to be able to see success in the program.
