Just listening and having answers that I felt like I had been searching so long for that no one else had. Hi, my name is Heather Irias and I live in Tullahoma, Tennessee and I am currently in IT tech support. Before working with F8 Well Center, my life was... struggle. I feel like I had been on this journey to figure out what was going on with my body and my regular doctor would not listen to originally reached out to Dr. Ben via instant messaging and we had a great conversation and all of my meetings via Zoom with him and the staff were great. I felt like I was in the same room as they were and they were answering every question I could throw their way. What made me say "yes" to F8 Well Center was the fact that everything they spoke about made me feel like I was being heard. And not only that, that they understood exactly what was going on with my body. I would say if anything would have scared me a tad from starting would have been the cost, but they made it very easy to do payments and make it affordable to where I could get started right away. What you do is a lifestyle change and it's for life and the fact that you through everything, it makes it easier to understand and also be able to make that change for life and stay on track. What I'm doing differently now having a different mindset, being able to look at test results and understand a little better about what's going on. They helped me learn how different pieces of information, not just take the one piece that may look okay, but see everything else around it, where I can quickly shift my habits to correct that and get on the right path with those. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone I know because they have helped me so immensely. They are friendly, they're caring, they're always available anytime you need them with questions or concerns. They get back to you quickly. They're always there if you need them Without them, I would not have gotten over this hump in my life so that I can get on the track to better wellness and longevity, where I was not before.
