The interview

What was life like before you started the Eczema Program?

My life was rough because my daughter was always crying, and she was in pain, and she was suffering. I saw the bleeding and the scratching that she was doing constantly, even waking up at night with the scratching and me having to stay up with her to make sure she doesn't scratch. That was the breaking point just seeing the blood on my poor little girl.

What other treatments had you tried for the eczema?

Things that I tried in the past were just lotions that say they are special for eczema, and then her pediatrician suggested other things, some type of medicine or something. We bought creams on Amazon that said they could help, but we didn't want to go to the point of using heavy medicines.

Was there anything that almost prevented you from starting the program?

The cost in a one-income household made me nervous and worried. But I saw what my daughter was going through and that pushed me to just try it and worry about how to pay for it later.

What surprised you most about the program?

What surprised me the most was that it actually worked. It wasn't something that you guys were just selling as a miracle thing; you guys brought in common sense on why it happened or the causes of it. You started from point A and guided us to the end result, which was my daughter being healed.

What are you doing differently now regarding your daughter's health?

I'm focusing more on making sure it's organic food I'm buying. I'm also not as worried or nervous about her eating certain foods that could flare up her eczema. For example, now she can have oranges or lemons; she wasn't able to have anything acidic before, but now she can enjoy her favorite fruit.

Would you recommend this program to others?

I really recommend this program to all the parents, all the grandparents, all the caregivers. Try this program, it works. You don't have to worry about guessing what to do next because you guys walk us through it in every single step, and if we have questions in the forum, someone answers right away.

Yes, according to Susana, her daughter was previously unable to have oranges or lemons because they caused flares. After completing the program, her daughter can now enjoy her favorite fruit, oranges, without any skin reactions.

Susana highlights that the program removes the guesswork by providing a forum where questions are answered right away. She noted that the team walks parents through every single step so they always know what to do next.
