What differentiates Pioneer from some of the other compounding pharmacies is that very responsive. If I call up at any moment and want to speak to Mike or his father, one of the pharmacists, and ask a question they're always there. They're very efficient and have some very professional interactions with my patients. I've just found them to be really terrific. Hi, I'm doctor Jennifer Letitia. I'm an integrative and functional medicine doctor in my offices in Stratford, Connecticut. The other thing that's really great is that they understand the functional medicine component to health. And what that means is that they're not looking into specific aspects or health. They're actually integrating health, the mind, emotions and stress with gut health, detoxification. And all those things are just absolutely critical, particularly when you're dealing with things like hormones, which then get metabolized to the liver and then can affect the mind. I mean, it's really important that they understand these things because that's what directly impacts my patients and their health. Mike and Jean have been invaluable in terms of my own education. In addition to the certifications, education... all that I do. They have a different perspective than I'm able to access in that, being pharmacists, they can oftentimes bring in components of using compounds and pharmaceutical agents and nutritional agents in a way that I might not see but in a way that can really enhance not only my knowledge, but also my patients. So, one of the things that's been very helpful with them is that they're very willing and open to share with me other resources that I can access. Whether they be educational or even testing companies that I might not have been aware of that can help me help my patients. I just love that they're so comprehensive in their care.
