Can you introduce yourself and your business?
I'm Megan Tighe. I am in Eastsound, Washington, on Orcas Island, and I have Manifest Studios. I focus on health and wellness of mostly feet, a lot of pedicures.
What is your typical clientele and how long have you been in business?
Most of my clientele are sixty-five plus. I've been in the business about nine years, and my body is starting to give out.
How did you find Spa Source and what were you looking for?
I jumped on Instagram, 'cause that's seems to be the new search engine, and was looking for alternatives. When I was at school, there was a hydraulic chair, and so I was on the hunt for something similar and found Spa Services.
What specific problems were you trying to solve with new equipment?
I'm looking for different alternatives of different ways to hold my body. That way, I'm not in the same position for nine hours a day. Also looking for more relaxing for my clients, where they can lounge a little bit more and, and kinda have the holistic from start to finish.
How was your experience working with the Spa Source team?
They've been great. Communication's been great. I was vacillating between two different chairs, and the representative was able to walk me through, and actually, the more economical chair is gonna work better for my service. I can get closer to my clients, and it didn't have unnecessary bells and whistles that I wouldn't be utilizing.
