The interview
Could you introduce yourself and where you are from?
I'm Hitomi Hiramo. I live in Tokyo, Japan.
What was your biggest takeaway from the experience?
My biggest takeaway I suppose is that some of the tasks assignments that were given to me seemed daunting but in the end they're all doable. It's just a matter of focusing and really trusting myself, trusting the people that assisted me here at 40 Years of Zen and knowing that it's okay to not be perfect.
What was your mindset regarding the difficulty of the tasks?
If I just dedicate myself to doing this the outcome is going to be better than not doing anything at all and probably a lot better than not doing anything at all.
What is your plan for continuing the work after leaving?
I'm committed to following the instructions given here by my counselors what supplements to do, what exercises to do, mental work that we did in the pods to do it by ourselves and whatever additional instructions we will be receiving in emails I'm willing to execute and follow for the next six months or so.
What results are you seeing or expecting to see?
I'm excited about seeing and feeling the tangible changes which I already feel but I'm looking forward to seeing them accelerate becoming more obvious.
What would you say to other professionals considering this program?
I would say to professionals that having your brain not modified but streamlined that it's going to make you more effective in your work and improve your relationships and also give you a sense of well being and that is why I encourage you to try 40 Years of Zen.
