The interview

What was your life like before attending 40 Years of Zen?

Before attending 40 years of Zen, my life was difficult. I had chronic fatigue syndrome, which would drain my energy every day, make every day a challenge. And 40 years of Zen was and is the lifeline I needed in order to give me the tools to help me get over this disease.

What made you say yes to the program?

What made me say yes to 40 years of Zen was, what the hell have I got to lose? I think that was probably the truth. Tried a lot of things to get better in my life. A lot of supplements, a lot of YouTube videos. But I needed something more tangible and realistic, something that I could live through, an experience I could live through that was more realistic.

Did you have any hesitations or objections before coming?

I think it was like, I'm not sure meditation or learning about meditation was really going to be for me because I'm a very scientific minded person. And I like data to back up anything that I do. So from that point of view, I had to kind of suspend my skepticism in a way. But the other part of my brain said, you know what? Just try it. All I've got to lose is five days.

What shifted the most for you after going through the program?

What shifted the most for me is my perception of reality, in terms of nothing's really black and white. I've been quick to judge people for saying things or doing things in the past and looking inside of myself and looking at all my own problems, I realize that a lot of people have similar issues and they manifest themselves in different ways.

How will this impact your life moving forward?

It will impact my life in a super positive way, which means that I'm going to be able to do more with my children, I'm going to be able to go to more places, do more things, grow my business faster, and play more golf. I'm most excited about just getting on with my life and doing things that previously I haven't really had the energy or motivation to do.

What was your biggest takeaway from the process?

The biggest takeaway from going through the process is nothing is really as it seems, or nothing is as you perceive it to be. Everybody has their own perception of the world around them and your perception is just your perception. It's not necessarily the reality of anything.

Why would you recommend 40 Years of Zen to others?

The main reason I would recommend 40 years of Zen to anybody would be it's very fast acting, life changing results. So if you're depressed, you can relieve that depression. If you lack energy, you can get more energy from the program. If you're a negative person, you could come out a more positive person. Whatever your issue is, you have a really good opportunity to look at that issue and turn that issue around.

Hi, my name is Jason Boyce and I'm shooting this video because I came to 40 years of Zen exactly twelve months ago to the week where I did my session, one which I enjoyed thoroughly and helped me immensely. And it's been a fantastic, life changing experience for me. And I would seriously, highly recommend it to anybody who's going through any kind of issues, like mental health issues or any personal issues, or even if you just want personal growth and you want a better life. Recommended for that as well. It's great. before attending 40 years of Zen, my life was difficult. I had chronic fatigue syndrome, which would drain my energy every day, make every day a challenge. And 40 years of Zen was and is the lifeline I needed in order to give me the tools to help me get over this disease. So what made me say yes to 40 years of Zen was, what the hell have I got to lose? I think that was probably the truth. Tried a lot of things to get better in my life. A lot of supplements, a, uh, lot of YouTube videos. But I needed something more tangible and realistic, something that I could live through, an experience I could live through that was more realistic. So if there are any objections or hesitation to coming to 40 years for Zen, I think. I think it was like, I'm not sure meditation or learning about meditation was really going to be for me because I'm a very scientific minded person. Um, and I like data to back up anything that I do. So from that point of view, I had to kind of suspend my skepticism in a way. But the other part of my brain said, you know what? Just try it. Try something new, try something different and see if it works. And all I've got to lose is five days. But it just so happened that it was one of the best experiences of my life completely. I met people here who were like minded, that wanted to learn new things and were open. And, um, I made some very strong friends, some very strong connections, and I met some wonderful human beings here that will stick with me for the rest of my life. Moving forward. I'm most excited about just getting on with my life and doing things that, uh, previously I haven't really had the energy or motivation to do. Okay. So having gone through this program, what shifted the most for me is I think it's my perception of this is gonna sound really a space age, but probably my perception of reality, if that makes any sense in terms of nothing's really black and white. And I've been quick to judge people for saying things or doing things in the past and looking inside of myself and looking all my own problems. I realize that a lot of people have similar issues and they manifest themselves in different ways. So, uh, going forward this week, I think will impact my life in a super, uh, positive way, which means that I'm going to be able to do more with my children, I'm going to be able to go to more places, do more things, grow my business faster, play more golf. Maybe I'll hopefully be nicer to people. So the biggest takeaway from going through the process is nothing is really as it seems, or nothing is as you perceive it to be. Everybody has their own perception of the world around them. M and your perception is just your perception. It's not necessarily the reality of anything. The main reason I would recommend 40 years of Zen to anybody would be it's very fast acting, life changing results. So if you're depressed, you can relieve that depression. If you lack energy, you can get more energy from the program. If you're a negative person, you could come out a more positive person. Whatever your issue is, you have a really good opportunity to look at that issue and turn that issue around and turn it into a positive. And hopefully, at least for me, I feel that, uh, it's going to give my life more value and substance and ultimately happiness going forward. 40 years of Zen is a program that is tremendously helpful. It has helped me enormously with my health and my mental health and physical health and personal growth, and I believe it can do the same for other people.
