Can you introduce yourself and your professional background?
Hi, my name Dr. Eric Dieffenbaugher. I'm a chiropractic physician and have been for the past 25 years. About 14 years ago, I brought AAT into my practice.
How has AAT changed your practice and patient results?
It has dramatically changed how I treat patients, the types of patients that I treat and the results that we get from those patients. It has consumed about two thirds of my practice at this point and just been a wonderful addition to our office and what we are able to treat and what we're able to help our patients with.
What challenges were you facing before using the AAT Expert System?
Before using AAT Expert System, I faced a lot of patients that had complicating issues that chiropractic just couldn't fix by itself. Our results from using the AAT Expert System have been phenomenal. We have been able to treat patients for conditions that I never even thought possible prior to utilizing AAT.
What specific conditions are you now able to treat?
I am now able to work with a variety of patients with many different conditions. Allergies and skin conditions and breathing conditions that previously chiropractic just couldn't help these patients with it. We get to see allergy patients, skin patients, even patients with breathing and asthma conditions.
How has your patient volume and practice composition changed?
My practice has changed since using the AAT Expert System in many ways including I have doubled my patient volume and I'm seeing about half as many chiropractic patients as I am AAT patients now.
How does AAT fit into a cash-based practice model?
Well, I work at an all cash practice but it's incorporated well because of that, because we were already a cash practice so this allowed AAT to be a nice addition.
How would you describe the learning curve for the AAT Expert System?
AAT therapy is quite easy to learn and work with the computer system. It does take a while to really get good at it but there is very easy to pick up and learn and start right away.
Why would you recommend AAT to other practitioners?
I highly recommend AAT because it completely transforms your practice and how you work with your patients and how your patients view what you do. I would recommend AAT to others because it has changed my practice career and the things that I have worked with over the last 14 years and I think that more patients need to experience this type of therapy.
