Cate Lione achieved a dramatic improvement in quality of life working with Dr. Tyler Panzner. By decoding her unique genetic makeup, Dr. Panzner identified that her previous supplements were actually overstimulating her adrenal glands. This personalized approach successfully addressed chronic migraines and insomnia that had persisted for decades despite pharmaceutical and dietary interventions.

It's worth every single penny because I guarantee you the amount of money you're going to throw away on supplements that have either no effect or they're certainly not helping you... they are sometimes making things worse.
I just really felt like I finally found the key after years and years of searching. This was the answer I was looking for and it was really transformative.
Supplements that can be super helpful to some people, can be harmful to other people. When Dr. Panzner and I were going through those supplements, he was like, 'shouldn't be taking this before you go to bed. Because of the mutations you have, these are going to jack up your adrenal glands.'

The interview

Can you introduce yourself and describe your experience working with Dr. Panzner?

Hi, my name is Cate and I live in Virginia and I work currently as a project assistant. Working with Dr. Tyler, my quality of life has improved so dramatically. Everything has changed. I think it's almost been a year since I've been a patient of Dr. Panzner's and I'm just glad I stumbled upon him.

What health challenges were you facing before you found this program?

I first started getting migraines right around the time I turned 40. A doctor told me they would go away with menopause, but they didn't; they got worse. Then the insomnia kicked in and nothing was helping. I was taking pharmaceuticals for the migraines, which was frightening me because of the long-term side effects and the high monthly cost.

What other solutions had you tried in the past?

I had tried lots of different supplements advertised to get rid of migraines, but they didn't do anything. I also tried changing my diet because I read about histamine intolerance. I was trying all kinds of different things and spending so much money, but I was just throwing it away on things that had no effect or made things worse.

Did you have any hesitations about working with Dr. Panzner?

If I did have any hesitations, it would have been the cost. But the investment in your health and in the quality of your life and your happiness is worth it. I was already spending so much on supplements and prescriptions that weren't working.

What was the process like once you started the genetic testing?

After working just a short time with him, all the lights started going off. Everything started making sense. He explained how my mutations affected how I metabolize things. For example, he told me I shouldn't be taking certain supplements before bed because they were jacking up my adrenal glands. It was revelation after revelation.

How has your life changed since implementing the personalized plan?

My life has improved dramatically. I finally found the key after years and years of searching. This was the answer I was looking for and it was really transformative. My only regret is that I wish I was 32 doing this for the first time and not 62, because I think of all the decades I could have had better health.

Why would you recommend Dr. Tyler Panzner to others?

I recommend Dr. Tyler because it's a very personalized approach to how your body will react to different supplements. It's basically your DNA, your genetic makeup, geared exclusively toward you and what your genes are. I don't know that anybody else is doing that kind of work.

Frequently asked

Is the cost of Dr. Tyler Panzner's genetic testing worth it?

Cate Lione initially hesitated due to the cost but concluded it was worth every penny. She realized she had already spent significant money on expensive prescriptions and supplements that either had no effect or were making her condition worse.

Can genetic testing help with chronic migraines when medication fails?

Yes, Cate found that while pharmaceuticals caused concerning side effects and generic supplements failed, Dr. Panzner's DNA-guided approach identified specific mutations affecting her metabolism. This allowed her to stop 'spinning her wheels' and finally find the key to her health issues.

How does Dr. Tyler Panzner's approach differ from standard supplement advice?

According to Cate, the approach is geared exclusively toward your specific DNA. Dr. Panzner explained how certain supplements she took before bed were actually jacking up her adrenal glands due to her unique genetic mutations.

Working with Dr. Tyler, my quality of life has improved so dramatically. Everything has changed. I think it's almost been a year since I've been a patient of Dr. Panzner's and I'm just glad I stumbled upon him. And it's worth every single penny because I guarantee you the amount of money you're going to throw away on supplements that have either no effect or they're certainly not helping you, they are sometimes making things worse. The investment in your health and in the quality of your life and your happiness, it's worth the investment to do this. Hi, my name is Cate and I live in Virginia and I work currently as a project assistant. I was really, you know, taking pharmaceuticals for the migraines, which doing it long term was really starting to frighten me because of all of the side effects. I just kind of stumbled across him on Instagram. And I was familiar with DNA testing for pharmaceuticals to see how an individual would react to certain classes of pharmaceuticals. And I thought that was really fascinating but I had never heard about anyone using it to try to treat patients for various illnesses and symptoms. And something that I really wanted to try to see if it could help me. I first started getting migraines right around the time I turned 40. And a doctor had told me, "oh, you know, they'll probably go away once you go through menopause." Well, no, they didn't go away. They got worse. And then the insomnia kicked in and nothing was helping. I was trying all kinds of different supplements If I did have any hesitations, it would have been the cost. But I had been spending so much money on all of these supplements over the years. And the prescriptions that I was taking for the migraines in themselves were very expensive, monthly. And just the long-term side effects of being on these strong prescriptions, the older I got, the more concerned I got about the side effects. So, things that I had tried in the past that did not work for me were just lots of different supplements. They were advertised as "these will get rid of your migraines" And they didn't do anything to get rid of my migraines. Some of the things I tried to do were diet, because I had started reading more about histamine intolerance causing that. So I thought I was doing everything possible. Well... turned out that I wasn't. And that's when I became very intrigued about Dr. Panzner's individual genetic testing, so you could really zero-in on your own genetic makeup. After working just a short time with him, all the lights started going off. Everything started making sense. My only regret was that I wish that I was 32 doing this for the first time and not 62, because I think of all the decades that I could have had better health. But now that I found it, my life has improved dramatically. So many things started making sense. I just really felt like I finally found the key after years and years of searching. This was the answer I was looking for and it was really transformative. It really was. Working with Dr. Panzner really kinda' confirmed what I was already starting to understand about supplement use. That, you know, one size absolutely does not fit all. Supplements that can be super helpful to some people, can be harmful to other people. When Dr. Panzner and I were going through those supplements, he was like, "shouldn't be taking this before you go to bed. Because of the mutations you have, these are going to jack up your adrenal glands." Revelation after revelation. Just going through and having him explain how these mutations affected how I metabolize things. I recommend Dr. Tyler because it's a very personalized approach to how your body will react to different supplements. It's basically your DNA, your genetic makeup, geared exclusively toward you and what your genes are. And I don't know that anybody else is doing that kind of work.
