So I was doing some research after my mom and dad set up their trust and decided my wife and I would do the same thing. And I did some on the and found Mr. Feldman's services through a Google search, actually called a couple of places but what really got me to research him was his story about his dad passing away and not having anything set up and everything being litigated and probate. Because if you don't make these plans, then you're going to leave yourself culpable to the state that you live in and the laws that you would have to abide by.
