Unfortunately, my brother had passed away prior to this and it's his cottage, and we had a large tree, and we made a tribute to him. He loved, like, tiki huts. He did a lot of mushroom picking; sounds kinda strange. Prompted us to start building this tree. And then we were thinking what to put for a A regular roofing would not meet the needs that we wanted. So that's when we talked about making it like a tiki style. enough, about a year prior to his passing, he did find the leaves, but they were natural ones. We were going to use them. And it was really strange because I was researching on the internet, and found Endureed - saw their synthetic product, kept it in the back of my mind. Then watched their videos. There was one video that really came to mind - they can burn so easily, natural tiki leaves. And their product is by far more superior on that. and synthetic, it's much safer, good lifespan. So we took it from there, and we all discussed it, and we went with them and love the product. The only way to stop this is the cost. and for us bringing it across the border has been a bit of a hindrance but it was worth every penny. As soon as we contacted Endureed, they responded quickly. They're really good to talk to. Any questions, they didn't hesitate with answers. Any other questions beyond that, even when we had the product, same thing - willing to help. Greatly appreciated all of it. I would tell them to call, don't hesitate. You can get the right answers and the right feedback from them, whether their product is good for their application. And I think if they don't have the right application, they'd help you find the right answers or the product that you would need... cause they're very helpful in so many ways.
