InjectCo Scales to Nine Locations with High-Quality Moderna Medical Chairs

My overall experience has been very positive. They're quick to respond. They ship out quick. ⁓ They've always included. I've always asked them to include a foot cover with my chairs and they have been doing that. So that's been really great. Hi, my name is Kiara and the name of our practice is called InjectCo. We have nine locations and we are in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We have six locations here and then one location in Houston and one location in Austin. what made me consider SpaSource is because their chairs are really high quality. We've ordered several chairs from them and we actually ordered another chair from a different company and ended up not being anywhere near as good quality. And we feel like the SpaSource chairs are super high quality because when the patients come in, they feel like it's an elevated experience and that it's a very professional like medical atmosphere when they see a really nice chair in the room. The only reason why we didn't go with Spa Source for that first chair is because it was a lower cost option and we buy a lot of chairs so we just wanted to see if there was a better option out there for pricing. ⁓ But Spa Source's quality kind of outranked that. think the number one value that I've gotten with working with Spa Source is just the quality and how sleek and nice their chairs look. We order a chair called the Moderna, And ⁓ it's just a low profile, it's not some huge honker chair. It can fit in small rooms, we have small rooms. And it's easy to clean. the team I usually work with Robert and Alex and they're both great. ⁓ They are quick to respond and able to place orders quickly. They allow us to ⁓ pay through Zelle so that we can ⁓ get a discount on the credit card processing fee. So that's been great and helpful. But yeah, no, overall it's been a great experience. I definitely recommend it. For someone that was hesitant for purchasing to SpaSource, I would tell them that even though it may be a little bit higher dollar compared to a chair that you could buy on Amazon or something like that, in the long haul it's worth it for return from your patients and for quality. It's gonna last longer. It's just gonna look better. So it's worth it to order a nicer chair from SpaSource in the long run if you're really wanting an upscale business.
