The interview

What makes Event Profit Engine a unique environment?

Event Profit Engine is the place to not only have that human to human connection, but to have that with the right humans, with the curated humans that are here for the same mission, here for the same vision. That's the room you want to be in.

Who are you and what do you do?

I'm Re Perez and I am a seasoned brand strategist, a mastermind founder and investor, speaker and author. I'm really excited about some of the events and the retreats and the experiences that I am putting on for people to help them go through their transformation.

Why did you choose to work with Alex and Event Profit Engine?

There's a lot of events that one can attend and when I spoke with Alex about his niche in events, there isn't any kind of event that's really geared towards community leaders, event hosts, retreat hosts, people who are putting on events and experiences. It's really important for me to be around other community leaders to learn pitfalls to avoid and best practices.

What was your favorite part of the experience?

One of my favorite parts is really just the curated community. Alex is masterful in his own leadership and putting on events. He's a walking, talking advocate of what it looks like to put yourself out there. I love that he brings in the music and the dance and the energy, and quality food is really important.

What was your biggest takeaway from the program?

One of the biggest takeaways is that there's both an art and a science of not only creating an experience but also the business aspect of it. When you can get that perfect blend of the artistry and the transformation while also being mindful of how to make this a business model that is sustainable, it creates opportunities for your business and others.

Who would you recommend this to?

If you're someone who's looking to put on an event or a retreat or a mastermind, you're really armed to have both of those in your toolkit so that you can not only optimize your impact, but it can also be a sustainable, profitable event business model for your business.
