Geobear Stabilized a Sinking Garage Corner and Restored Brickwork in One Day

What convinced me to hire Geobear was, one, the very good customer care. So they were very communicative throughout the discussions. It gave me a very good report done through video on my phone. I got a very good report about what they felt the problem was, what the issues were, what we needed to do to solve the problem. Uh, they were very informative about the time that would take and, uh, the, the pricing was competitive against the market and others that I looked at at the same time. Hi, my name's Paul Pugh. I live in Pershore in Worcestershire in England, and I am a sales manager. It was an outbuilding, my garage. Um, what I noticed was that the brickwork had dropped on the back corner of the garage by about half an inch. Uh, it's clearly not what it should be doing, uh, so I needed to think about how to repair that and what we were gonna do to, uh, to fix the problem. For me, it was some- on the disruption and time taken. Um, the cost certainly. Um, I'm aware that general underpinning and traditional ways can be quite expensive and, and time-consuming to be done. Uh, so it's really just a question then of thinking about and looking at available options to get the repair done as quickly as possible. I spoke to them over about a week or so, just confirming the specification, getting the pricing right. Um, and they were then on site within 10 working days. Um, and they were there just for the day, and they kept me very well informed across the whole of the day, what they were doing, why they were doing it, and they even let me sort of look at the numbers and see how it had changed and the fact they'd managed to, to put the garage back straight, uh, which was really interesting. In terms of prep work, I didn't have to do an awful lot, just clear the area they were gonna work in, and then they moved the slabs and everything else needed to be moved to give them access to do the repairs. So there was very little needed except to give them a space to work in. I recommend Geobear to my friends and family because, as I said, they were very communicative. They kept me informed along across the whole process. The team that arrived were very friendly. They would clean up after themselves. They were clean and tidy. Uh, the pricing was competitive, and actually the general communication with everybody that I, I spoke to within Geobear was really good. From Jessica, who did the original, took the original inquiry, to Amy in the, uh, accounts department, and then the team that arrived on site. Uh, it was excellent all the way along. There was never any, um, point where I felt I didn't know what was going happen, what was happening, what was going on. It was all very clear a- and well managed by them.
