Increased Rental Income and Stress Relief Through Professional Property Management

I can't even imagine owning these investment properties, sometimes with some high-maintenance tenants. I need someone in between, and it needs to be someone who cares for the tenant, who understands that they have a family and they have lives, they have problems, they have things that come up, and at the same time that the owners need to get paid. And somehow NetGain walks that balance And that was something that I, as an owner, I could never find that thread and pull on it. I'm just really happy with NetGain and I think everyone should use them. My name is Allison Kovac. live in Cedar City, Utah. I decided to work with NetGain Property Management because Derek reached out to me when he saw a "For Rent by Owner" sign. And I told him, "Give me a minute Derek, because I want to try to do this myself. I want to get to X many properties before I actually hire a property manager." And I'm actually glad that I did that because I understand the stress that is put on a property manager. And after I got to my goal of how many doors I had, I reached out to Derek and then he took it over for me. When I thought that I could do this on my own, I had my phone with me all the time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It felt like I never took a break. And I had to remind myself that the reason why I started buying rental income properties was for passive income. And I was doing exactly the opposite of passive income. I was connected to my phone. I was dealing with contractors trying to get them in there, people to fix things, and then I'd be on the back of their list and so things weren't getting fixed. Now I don't have to do that anymore. Netgain has improved my ownership experience by so many things. First of all, I have more time for myself, and with my family and for travel, and for doing whatever I want. And second, I can sleep better at night because I know my properties are being taken care of, and also I know I get paid on time. Since we've been using Netgain we've also increased our income significantly. I didn't think that I could raise the rent. I was always too nervous or I didn't know what the market was, and I wasn't sure where I should be. And with Netgain, I've been able to sit back, let someone else take over that part of it about pricing it right. and we actually have a better, stronger income now that we have property management. A really interesting benefit that I've experienced by working with NetGain is the stress relief. As soon as we started working with Derek and his team, I was able to sleep so much better. My stress levels went way down. I was a lot nicer to be around and I lost 10 pounds literally in two months - And I think it was because of the stress. One of the very best things that I like about NetGain, is that they answer their phone! We've worked with other property management companies that hide behind an email or they hide behind a text, everything has to be written, but Derek and his team, they will talk to me... and they will take their time talking to me, and to get to know me and to explain things to me.
