Overcoming Years of Infertility and Miscarriages to Conceive a Healthy Baby

Hi, my name is Dina and I'm here to shoot this video because about a year and a half I was struggling with infertility. After finding Lee Acupuncture, my life is completely different for the better. I highly recommend Lee Acupuncture because of the amazing staff and I was able to conceive and have a beautiful baby with their help. Before working with Lee Acupuncture I had been trying to get pregnant for several years experienced several miscarriages even tried fertility treatments and after one hadn't worked speaking with our doctor he recommended acupuncture, and specifically Lee Acupuncture. We only had one more shot really at doing this and so I started going to Lee Acupuncture and it was great. What made me want to work with Lee Acupuncture is I felt from the beginning meeting Dr. Lee that she was really listening to the whole picture of what I needed after having tried various things to get pregnant, this was kind of our last shot and we wanted to throw the whole kitchen sink at it, so to speak. So I explained to her, you know, we were going to do all these different things including acupuncture and then try fertility treatments one more time and then really lucky for us we didn't need to. As we got pregnant a couple months after starting acupuncture. So it was great and so meeting Dr. Lee we went over everything, we went over all the supplements that I was taking in addition to I could gain from acupuncture. What makes Lee Acupuncture different from others is that really their whole staff is excited for you is part of the process. I was doing acupuncture for fertility reasons and I felt like the whole staff was invested. They knew my name, they knew my husband's name because he would come and drive me to my appointments, they would always make sure I felt okay before and after my treatments, they would work with me and finding a schedule that worked for me. We live in Northern Orange County so we had to drive down each time, and but we felt so strongly that we liked all of the people at Lee Acupuncture that we worked with including their practitioners, the front desk staff, everyone that we wanted to keep making that drive down to Newport. If there were anything that would have prevented me from going to Lee Acupuncture probably would have just been the distance and the schedule. But we, again this was our priority, we were trying to get pregnant and this was kind of our last shot at it and it was important that we wanted to go to a place where we felt comfortable. The benefits that I seen from working with the acupuncture are honestly my son and, you know, I tried for several years to get pregnant, tried fertility treatments, always unexplained fertility issues, and thought let's try acupuncture. Why not? And I didn't really know anything about acupuncture, hadn't done it, didn't have really close friends that did it or anything like that but after that first meeting with Dr. Lee, I felt confident. I felt that she knew what she was doing and setting up protocols for me and I would come in each time, it was a relaxing atmosphere, no pain or anything like that and we were planning to have to struggle and try to do IVF one more time and then after two months of taking all the different things and then doing the acupuncture in particular that was the main thing that was different. Lo and behold, we got pregnant and kept the baby to term and now we have a precocious little eleven month old baby that is perfect and is the light of our lives and I owe a lot of that to the folks at Lee Acupuncture. But I also continued to go to Lee Acupuncture when I was pregnant and they came up with a protocol and a timeline for me where I would come in and two times a week and then one time a week and then we spread it out so I was still getting the benefits of the acupuncture and the circulation throughout my pregnancy which was really, really helpful. My life has changed all for the better because of my time working with Lee Acupuncture. I wanted to be a mom my whole life, struggled to get there thought I'd try acupuncture and working with Lee Acupuncture was finally able to get there and I love being a mom, I love my son, he's everything to me and my husband and so we are just so grateful for the entire team and everything that came from working with Lee Acupuncture and we still keep in touch because everyone was so amazing and fun to work with. I would recommend Lee Acupuncture to anybody.
