Some of the problems I've had with property management has been poor communication, ⁓ hard to get a hold of people, response time that led me to go with Safe House Property Management. easier to ⁓ communicate across what I'm looking for, and response time was a lot quicker than the other property management companies that I've used in the past. I'd say their core values. They really care about not only the people that they work with - the property owners - but also the tenants. vested in making sure that the tenants have a great place to live, and an overall positive experience. sure that they're kind of improving the lives of everybody they work with. That's what stood out the most to me about Safe House Property Management. They've really allowed me to sleep better at night knowing that it's all taken care of, and not have to worry. of the benefits that I've gained are overall just more time to myself, more flexibility, sleeping better at night knowing that my properties are well taken care of and issues are handled. And something does come up, I know it's going to be handled quickly well. Safe house is great with communicating with their ownership by periodic meetings, updates. I really have a good feel for what's going on at my property, and that's great. overall experience has been great. I mean, the communication, openness, working with Ben. He really cares about the tenants. He cares about everybody that he rents to, and everybody that he works with. Faysal, the lead property manager, has always been reliable, which is awesome. And overall, the whole team has been great. The biggest reason that I would recommend Safe House Property Management is being able to know that your property is well taken care of and that they really care about the people that they work with.
