Shanell Peterson Selected Her Health Insurance Plan in Under 15 Minutes Using Healthee

I mean, I was able to get my health insurance plan picked out in like a matter of minutes, like maybe 10 minutes 15 minutes, just by answering a couple questions just based on what my status is as an individual and whatnot. Hi, my name is Shanell. I live in Austin, Texas, and I work in investment operations with a company called Hometap. So, I actually just turned 26 this last year. So, it was kind of my first experience with getting involved in insurance and healthcare and all that on my own and not being on my parents policy. And so that's something I really liked with Healthee's app. It kind of takes everybody's specific life situation and picks the best plan for you or helps you make good decisions regarding your health. It's really cool 'cause you can just type in questions like, 'Is acupuncture covered by my plan?' And it'll answer it for you. Being able to kind of just pull out those, you know, categories for you right away so you don't have to dig through your policy and find out what's covered - It's just a very quick and easy answer. I honestly didn't even know that this was, like, a program or an application or anything of the sort. My company actually introduced it to us. So, they kind of were the ones that, you know, introduced us to Healthee and I'm so grateful for it. And all the representatives have been super helpful and just kind of educating us on what it can and can't do. Again, It just takes away all of the jargon of insurance and makes it super easy. It's really nice that you can, kind of, put in your specific situation. Like, if you're single, if it's multiple people on your policy, if you know you're going to the doctor, how many times a year? Like, what policy you should pick based on that. I would recommend it for anyone. It's super helpful and makes the process extremely easy.
