The interview
Who is Stacey Lievens and what is the mission of ShareOne?
My name is Stacey Lievens. I'm the Chief Operating Officer at ShareOne and we are in Round Rock, Texas. Our mission at ShareOne is to help businesses build trust by collecting video testimonials for their company. On a higher level, our vision is that we want to spread positivity throughout the world.
Why did ShareOne choose to hire Up with Ivy?
The way we wanted to convey both our mission and our vision was to hire Up with Ivy to create an amazing brand that would communicate that. We couldn't be happier with the final result because every time we land on our website, we're so proud of it. It really digs deep and sets us apart from other companies by showing the human-led interview connection.
What features of the new website are most impactful for your clients?
Visit the ShareOne website, and they instantly see what's possible when you let clients tell your story. They can watch real examples of high-converting testimonials, explore what a free trial looks like, and see how effortless the process really is. I love that our website communicates what it's like to build trust, attract better clients, and finally, leverage authentic content that does the selling for them.
What was your previous experience working with Jacqueline and the Up with Ivy team?
Dan and I have known Jacqueline and her team for over 10 years. And when we started our first business, Witness the Proof, we hired their team to build our website. And it was a masterpiece. So thrilled with their design, their aesthetic, their strategy for marketing.
How did the partnership evolve when you launched ShareOne?
When Dan and I started ShareOne, kind of on a shoestring, we created our own website and it was just, you know, on a budget. But when we got our Series A funding, we decided that we wanted to invest with Jacqueline and her team up with Ivy. They just had the best aesthetic and could make us look like we compete with one of the Silicon Valley tech companies.
What was the strategic value Up with Ivy brought to your industry positioning?
What I really love about Up With Ivy is they did an amazing industry comparison to other video testimonial companies out there and they drilled down on what really set us apart from those companies and they brought things to the table we didn't even think about and how we are completely human-led. Since they highlighted that human component piece in our business, we're using that as a beacon to really lead with when we talk with people.
