Nicholas Arambula, a sales representative for Infinite Aloe, reports that the organic aloe-based cream effectively resolved a young girl's severe eczema after other treatments failed. Arambula transitioned from plumbing to sales, finding the product easy to sell at Costco events because customers see immediate results upon application, leading to significant life-changing impacts for users.

The interview
What is your background and how long have you been with Infinite Aloe?
I'm Nick Arambula, originally from California and now living in Tennessee. I've been doing this about sixteen years with Infinite Aloe. Before that, I was a plumber and held other sales and managerial positions, but this has been by far the most fun.
What were your initial thoughts about commission sales?
I kinda thought, yeah, there's a lot of potential there, but maybe it's not for me. It seems like kind of a tough job where you're unsure about your paycheck.
What was your first day of selling like?
My first day selling was actually a lot easier than I thought. It was a little awkward at first trying to interact with people 'cause you're not really used to that if you're not in sales, but I quickly got over that and actually feel a lot better having gotten over it.
Why do you find the product easy to sell?
I found immediately that the product was super easy to sell 'cause the product itself is really good. It's evident in people walking by and putting it on their hands and then going, 'Hey, what is this stuff actually?' and walking back to the booth to talk to me.
What does your typical work schedule look like?
My week is actually a ten-day event. I schedule an event in Costco, which is a very busy and friendly environment, and I dedicate my time to being there open to close. After that chunk of ten days, if I don't want to schedule anything, I'm completely free to do whatever I want, like poetry or video games.
Can you share a specific success story involving a customer?
I had a young girl, nine or ten years old, struggling with severe eczema. Her mom had tried everything and was looking at expensive, high-risk treatments. I got them to try the smallest package. Eight months later at a different show, the girl showed me her skin and she had no problems at all. The mom gave me a hug and said I helped them so much.
What advice do you have for someone considering joining the company?
If you're on the fence, just erase that from your mind and just try it. Most people find that their considerations were unfounded. The potential of making money and helping people is so great that you'd be missing out if you don't at least try.
Frequently asked
Is commission-based sales a stable career choice?
Nicholas Arambula initially worried that commission sales was a tough job with an unsure paycheck. However, he found that because the product is high-quality and easy to demonstrate, the potential for making money is great.
How long does it take to see results with Infinite Aloe for eczema?
While individual results vary, Nicholas recounts a young girl with severe eczema who returned eight months after starting the product with no remaining skin problems, having avoided expensive and high-risk treatments.
Is it difficult to start selling skincare without a sales background?
Nicholas, a former plumber, found his first day easier than expected. Although he felt a little awkward interacting with people at first, he quickly got over it because the product effectively sells itself when people try it on their hands.
