The interview
Why did you choose Left Right Labs for your brand strategy?
I chose Left Right Labs for my strategy because I had watched them with other founders and I saw what they were able to do. I was going through a rebranding for myself and I was pivoting. I've been in business for six years, but something was changing. I knew they could help me take all of the things I was thinking of for my brand and make it into something that was a brand.
What was the process of working with them like?
I went through a brand elevation intensive that they have, and it was able to help me kind of—I don't wanna say unpeel the onion, but unpeel who I was in my brand and who I want my audience to be now. When you first started out, you kind of had this broad audience that you're looking at. Now with their help, I was able to elevate my audience to who I truly wanted to serve.
What changed about your business after working with Left Right Labs?
Clarity. That was the biggest thing. So now, I was able to truly understand what my offers should be. Now, I know who I am in my brand and who my audience is in my brand. I was able to understand what my offers needed to be and how I met those potential clients, because before again, it was like, just everyone come in. Now with their help, I was really able to elevate who my audience is, and who I am to that audience.
How has your market positioning changed?
With their help, people are now able to see me as the go-to. And that's what I wanted to do all along is I wanted to cut through some of the noise that is out there in the market, specifically with what I do and say, 'here's how I'm unique.' Then here's what I offer and here's who I offer to you specifically. I'm able to really call out who my audience is, and I'm credible to them.
Have you seen a return on investment yet?
Left Right Labs did help me elevate, but I haven't launched everything quite yet. I'm still in the researching and building from what I learned with them. So I don't have any ROI or sales right now to say it's came from the work I did. But I'm positive that when I do launch, I will see that return on investment with working with Left Right Labs.
Who would you recommend Left Right Labs to?
I would recommend Left Right Labs to anyone that is looking for clarity in their business, clarity in who they serve, and clarity in what they offer to the world, to the market. They do such an amazing job of it in a way that is simple but impactful at the same time. They have great personalities and they know their stuff.
