What is your overall impression of the AI Accelerator?
The AI Accelerator, I think he's got the best team put together to understand it and a program that you can implement with your team and they have the people to answer the resources and he works with the people well. So I think from that standpoint, it's great.
Who are you and what do you do?
I am Arthur Hood. I live in Dallas, Texas. Primarily a real estate developer and entrepreneur in multiple businesses, including some entertainment bar/nightclub spaces, very large storage developer, and then also land and development entitlement home building. So, kind of across the spectrum.
What has been your greatest struggle with AI?
My greatest struggle with AI has been the fact that I'm not going to pick up the computer and do a fucking thing. So my biggest struggle with AI is getting enough of an understanding of it to then implement someone in my business that will do it for me.
What results can someone expect if they are willing to use these tools?
If you are willing to use AI and start really understanding it, and you take the time to use the multiple platforms that are out there, and the tools that are out there, you can create some incredible investment decks, websites, assistant to yourself, basically a virtual YOU. There's a lot of things that you can do if you're willing to take a little time to implement them on the front end.
What is it like working with Mike Koenigs in this setting?
