Affordable ADA-Compliant Exam Chairs with White Glove Service and Patient Comfort

My name's Claire Jung, and I am a physician assistant at Meridian Dermatology in Dallas, Texas. We were looking at a lot of different companies because we just opened our practice last year. But with SpaSource, you get continued feedback and continued customer care with it. So I think that's what kind of puts SpaSource apart from other companies. The selections from SpaSource, all the exam chairs are-- they're very diverse, and there are multiple colors. And of course, we, as a dermatology practice, also need an exam chair that ADA compliant. So I think that was a real plus because SpaSource has multiple options for that. And they have multiple options that has maximum weight capacity that's great for patients of differing weights. So, for example, we have one of the ones that have a max weight capacity of three hundred pounds, and that one is bigger, so we use it for our surgery rooms. And we really like it for that reason because they have these diverse options that we can choose from. Overall experience from start to finish, when they first delivered our exam chairs, everything was white glove service. Delivery was perfect. They set up the exam chairs. They made sure everything was working. And afterwards, the customer care that we received, that was really great. The ease of communication is also great. Overall, it's been a really positive experience. I guess if you're having doubts about working with SpaSource, then I would say rest assured because the exam chairs are very high quality, especially for their price point. It's very affordable. All of our patients actually mention all the time how comfortable the exam chairs are and how they feel like they're at a spa almost while they're getting their skin exam done. And it's not so sterile-looking. Patients don't feel intimidated while they're getting the exam done, so I think that's a real plus. Everything was great and smooth sailing for me, so I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for an affordable exam chair at a great price point.
