The interview
What challenges did you face when trying to share your business message?
As the founder of Agents Intel, I knew what I needed to offer my clients, but I struggled with how to present it and share my message without it feeling like a 'pitch.' I knew I couldn't do it alone and needed guidance from someone who knows what they are doing.
What was your original goal when you approached Share One?
I came to Share One hoping to create a video to show the features of Agents Intel. Luckily, they quickly made me realize that what I actually needed to do was share stories and experiences that people can relate to, rather than just talking about my own product.
Why did you decide you needed professional help for your testimonials?
I had two main reasons. First, whenever I had a client with a good experience, I failed at the follow-up. I knew Share One would follow through and get it done. Second, I always failed at the final phase of fixing up and packaging the testimonial into different pieces I could use because I never put the time into it.
How has the final video impacted your business presence?
Share One created a package that was ready for me to use, like a gift with a bow tie. I have it on my website now, and I am confident that when people see it, they are going to be impressed and take us seriously. Even though I have a basic website, that video makes me look fantastic.
How do you use the video during your sales process?
The direct way I use it is when I'm talking to a potential client. I ask if they mind if I send them a three-minute video, and they always say it's not a problem. My favorite thing is making them watch it in person and watching their reaction.
Would you recommend Share One to other business owners?
I recommend to any business owner to use Share One. As owners, we are proud of what we created and want to sell features, but Share One helps bring the voices of our clients to others. It is a two-millimeter shift, but it is a huge one.
Frequently asked
How can I share my business message without sounding like I am pitching?
Tony Salloum found that instead of talking about his own product features, which people take with a grain of salt, he needed to share relatable client experiences. Share One helped him realize that hearing from those who truly used the product is the most effective way to share his message.
What is the best way to handle testimonial follow-ups with busy clients?
Tony admitted he previously failed at following up with clients who had good experiences. He used Share One to automate this process, knowing that once he submitted the information, the Share One team would follow through with the client to get the video done.
How do I turn raw customer feedback into a professional marketing asset?
Tony struggled with the final phase of packaging and editing testimonials for different uses. Share One solved this by creating a complete, ready-to-use video package that he describes as a 'gift with a bow tie' for his website.
