I think for the first time I'll make myself the number one priority. I think living anxiety-free.
How did the program impact your sleep?
Noah and I talked a lot about my sleep issues. And I've never slept more than I have this week.
What was the experience like regarding your daily habits and stress?
Obviously stress not being on your phone for nine hours. I mean a day because it's been parked in my purse. So I mean it would be a shame and obviously wasteful of my time, your all's time, wasteful money to have not gone through this and not continue on.
How has this influenced your professional life and career path?
I'm taking some big life decisions. Leaving the presidency of my large company to start my own company. And so being friends with that. I know the first time in my life, I'm my own boss. I don't report to a board.
Would you recommend this program to others?
I already want my daughter and her husband to attend 40 Years of Zen. I think that the reset and, and also it's unlocked creativity.
