The interview

Why should someone attend the Mindshare Summit?

I would say come to Mindshare Summit in order to meet the best audience for growing your brand as they grow in this network environment that we're in. In attending any summit, you want to understand the audience. And I think most people would agree that the audience that comes to the Mindshare Summit is second to none.

What makes the Mindshare audience unique for a vendor?

The quality of the practitioner, their being entrepreneurs and wanting to build a business. Being creative and listening to the great speakers that come and the content and then going out and actually applying that. So for us as a vendor, that's the kind of client you want to have.

How has your brand awareness evolved over your four years attending?

Earlier in our livelihood, people would be like, 'Who are you? What do you do?' I was just remarking to some of my staff and to Tim and some others that now more and more we're getting existing clients coming to us and bringing their friend and saying 'Hey, this is my store provider.' That brand awareness has now been seeded.

How does the event help you communicate your company's innovation?

As we evolve, we add new functionality and new brands all the time. The conversations that we have with people that either are with us already or that are coming to us, we're able to then talk about a lot more breadth of value that we deliver with our brand value proposition, not just where we were four or five years ago.

What impact has the current environment had on your business growth?

Our company in general, I started the company about seven years ago and COVID was a headwind for a while. But a couple years after COVID, our brand has grown dramatically because people understand that their online presence is an extension of their practice. Our number of practitioners has gone from hundreds to thousands that actually use our store over the past three or four years.
