How does the Atlas support system function for EAs?

Can you describe a time you stepped in to help an executive during a transition?

The EA for the executive was going on maternity leave, and I was able to step in. I was supposed to step in for a month, but now I'm still there, going three months. I was happy that the executive never noticed any glitch.

When did you realize you had become a strategic partner to your executive?

It was when she had given me a research project. She was going somewhere and she wanted to find outfits for herself so that she can look very nice. When I presented them to her, she told me, 'Sheila, pick for me. What do you think I should wear?' And from the top three, she picked one. That really showed me that she valued what I gave her.

How has your confidence grown since joining Atlas?
