The interview

Can you introduce yourself and your business?

I'm Kyle Zimmer. I'm the owner of Sunrise Window Cleaning. I do inside and outside window cleaning for residential and commercial properties.

What was your experience with advertising before joining Clean Marketing?

I was running ads myself on Facebook and I was getting a pretty decent return but they started slowing down, so I was a little weary of what they could actually produce.

What changed after you started working with Clean Marketing?

I haven't really looked back. A lot more quality leads, too. So my conversion rate from leads to actual jobs has been way higher using them. I knew what I was getting with them... signing up and they were going to run my ads and just make sure everything was running good.

How does the team handle ad performance and optimizations?

Sometimes they'll be, like, producing a lot of leads and then sometimes it'll start to slow down and then I'll get something from them like, 'hey, we just revamped this' and 'we just made some tweaks' so now everything's running better and bringing in more leads.

What is the communication like when you have an issue?

It's been really smooth. Like I said, if I do have any issues or if I notice any slowdowns, I can just send them a text and they normally respond within like 5 or 10 minutes and tell me that they're going to look into it and then they actually get back with me and tell me that they've made some changes and made tweaks and then I start seeing more results.

What specific financial impact has this had on your business?

Before Clean Marketing I was running my own Facebook ads and I was making around $35 to about $45,000 per year - and that was on my own. And then since switching to them now I'm bringing in closer to like $80,000 per year. And I'm just a one man band, sole owner, sole operator.

What would you say to someone considering Clean Marketing?

If you're sitting on the edge thinking about it I would definitely give them a shot because you're going to get a lot more leads and it's just a huge benefit to any business.
