Can you introduce yourself and your business?
Hi, my name is Pablo. We are in New Jersey, serving the metro area of New York City and Connecticut, and we're a medical hair aesthetic restoration studio.
What was your process for finding new equipment?
I was actually exploring also getting chairs abroad, in Italy or Spain, and this one actually has the same capabilities or even more. After a thorough search for different chairs and tables, and it was exhaustive, I found your chair, and it's proven to be very good, so we're very happy.
How would you describe the quality and comfort of the product?
The quality is excellent. It's super comfortable. It's a fantastic table that you can actually move it, which is strange. So it's very heavy and sturdy, but the moment you may want to move it, it's awesome because they're usually hard to move.
How does this chair specifically help with hair transplantation?
This, again, is for a hair transplantation and restoration, so it has a shelf for the arms, which is super helpful. All in all, it's a very good product that you have. In the US, you're the only ones who have this type of chairs.
What was your experience with customer service and communication?
We first contacted via chat. They responded immediately, and then they did a call, and they called me up right again to see if everything was okay. Then they offered me a promo discount, which was what I was not expecting. The customer service was very timely, very good.
How was the delivery process from the West Coast to the East Coast?
I knew when the chair was arriving. The fact that it was being delivered here from the West Coast to the East Coast was quite seamless. We had the white glove delivery, which was great.
What is your final verdict on the value of the equipment?
The price is just right. So the quality, the value that you're getting for what you're paying is very good. The type of chair that we're looking for, I mean, so far you guys were the only ones that have it in the market. If you add all that, it's a great combination.
