The interview

Who are you and what is your business?

My name is Eram Latif. I live in Savannah, Georgia, and I am the CEO and founder of Engagement Lab.

What was your situation before working with Jessica Zweig?

Before working with Jessica, I actually had not formed my organization. I knew I wanted to start a business. I had an idea of what that business would look like, what I wanted to achieve, but I really had no idea how to go about it.

How was the experience of the online program?

The online experience was actually very engaging and allowed me to interact with the program and tap into the resources at a very convenient pace. While working full time and doing other things, I was able to log on and learn various aspects of setting up a business from marketing to finance to sales calls.

What drew you to join the Feminine Frequency Business School (FFBS)?

What drew me to and caused me to join the feminine frequency business school was simply the ethos that Jessica shared when she described the program and the modules themselves. I was looking to do something differently, from a very soul powered driven way. The aspects of the feminine that were brought into all the modules really resonated with me.

What tangible results did you achieve after completing the program?

I actually have a game plan for my business moving forward now that I've completed FFBS. I have month to month, quarter to quarter mapped out, planned out for the next three years. I've actually built it into a Monday board so that I know from day to day, chipping away at all of the actions so that I'm making certain milestones on a quarterly basis.

What surprised you most about the program?

One of the things that surprised me the most about FFBS is I have been looking for searching for this type of a community myself for the better part of I'd say five to seven years. I've tried other programs that were similarly pitched, but didn't hit the mark. For me, it is truly being able to find a community of like-minded women who really want to build businesses from their heart.

What was it like interacting with Jessica and her team?

Having access to Alexa, to Sarah, to Jessica herself, and being able to ask her questions right then and there live and to get her feedback live, has truly been a pivotal part of the program. Alexa brings kind of that marketing limelight, Sarah's all about ops, and you really get the team and their strengths.

Frequently asked

Is the Feminine Frequency Business School worth the cost and time?

Eram Latif states that the program is 'worth the time' and 'worth the cost,' specifically highlighting the value of the community and the actionable resources provided. She found the online experience convenient enough to engage with even while working a full-time job.

Can I build a business plan in FFBS if I haven't started my company yet?

Yes. Before working with Jessica, Eram Latif had not yet formed her organization and had no idea how to go about it. By the end of the program, she had a month-to-month and quarter-to-quarter plan mapped out for the next three years.

What kind of community does Jessica Zweig provide?

Eram Latif describes it as a community of like-minded women who want to build businesses from their heart and aligned soul purpose. She noted she had been searching for this specific type of community for five to seven years before finding it in FFBS.

Erem Latif (00:00) All of us as women have an opportunity to invest in ourselves. And if you're trying to build a business that's soul aligned and soul powered, I wholeheartedly recommend FFBS. It's worth the time, it's worth the cost, and you will find your community and your people. My name is Eram Latif. I live in Savannah, Georgia, and I am the CEO and founder of Engagement Lab. Before working with Jessica, I actually had not formed my organization. I knew I wanted to start a business. I had an idea of what that business would look like, what I wanted to achieve, but I really had no idea how to go about it. And so that's one of the things that appealed to me when I saw the opportunity to work with Jessica. the online experience was actually very engaging and allowed me to interact with the program and tap into the resources at a very convenient pace. While working full time and doing other things, I was able to log on and learn various aspects of setting up a business from marketing to finance to... kind of sales calls, how to kind of build from the ground up. There were also live calls, which I was able to engage with some of the other participants. was the perfect blend of virtual with the opportunity to learn and also engage with other folks. What drew me to and caused me to join the feminine frequency business school was simply the ethos that Jessica shared when she described the program and the modules themselves. I was looking to do something differently, So from a very soul powered. kind of driven way. the way it was described, the way the content was positioned, the aspects of the feminine that were brought into all the modules really resonated with me. I actually have a game plan for my business moving forward now that I've completed FFBS. I have month to month, quarter to quarter mapped out, planned out for the next three years. I've actually built it into a Monday board so that I know from day to day, chipping away at all of the actions so that I'm making certain milestones on a quarterly basis. and hopefully hitting my goals year over year for the next three years. But it's really provided me a very actionable plan, I personally can implement, juggling everything else that I've got going on. one of the things that surprised me the most about FFBS is I have been looking for searching for this type of a community myself for the better part of I'd say five to seven years. I've tried other programs that were similarly pitched, but didn't hit the mark. For me, it is truly being able to find a community of like-minded women who really want to build businesses, from their heart and from that aligned soul purpose. And that's honestly what has really resonated with me. I think very highly of the program and would highly recommend it to others. Through the FFBS program, I have actually had the opportunity to engage with almost everyone. Amy, with the day-to-day management and constant resources and engagement through the module feedback, through the emails, and then on the live calls, having access to Alexa, to Sarah, to Jessica herself, and being able to ask her questions right then and there live and to get her feedback live, has truly been a pivotal part of the program. I think she's got her own energy. Her team has their own energy, like each individual person. So Alexa brings kind of that marketing limelight. Sarah's all about ops and it's just it's you really get the team, you get their strengths and all of that comes across in the live engagements. all of that was very valuable feedback.
