The interview
Can you describe your background and early experiences with energy?
I've been an entrepreneur my whole life, since I was 12 years old. I was a driven achiever, running a landscaping company, playing three sports, and maintaining schoolwork. I knew nothing about energy other than getting sleep at night, and I started falling asleep in seventh period because I was tiring out and burning out.
What led you to seek a deeper understanding of energy management?
I kept a super intense schedule through my early 20s, having already bought and sold a gym and opened a chain of gyms by 22. I was having emotional breakdowns and felt like I was having a midlife crisis. Despite eating well and being into fitness, I couldn't answer why I was so tired all the time. I spent 20 years in personal development trying to figure out what was wrong with me.
How did you first encounter NES and Harry Massey?
I was at a conference in Denver, Colorado, and sat next to Harry Massey for three days. After in-depth conversations, he offered me a scan. He sent me a remote scanner and five bottles of Infoceuticals. Reading the accompanying book, I realized I had discovered the real insight around energy that was the culmination of my long journey.
How do you integrate NES into your professional work at the REGENECENTER?
We employ things like whole-body light therapy and infrared saunas to recharge the body battery. But NES allows us to not only recharge but help correct the flow of information to make energy use efficient. The scan provides a wealth of insight to our clients to actually see what's going on in the human biofield.
Can you share a specific success story using the NES system?
A woman who was an attorney and a cancer patient came in absolutely exhausted. For the first time, she started paying attention to her biofield as a master control system. That evidence got her to slow down, make lifestyle changes, and use the Infoceuticals. Her life has been on an upward spiral ever since.
What is your primary tip for managing energy effectively?
Optimize your sleep, as it's the one-third of life on which the other two-thirds depends. However, you must also regularly and proactively recharge your energy during your waking hours. You can't go sixteen hours all-out and expect eight hours of sleep to solve it; you need to systematically manage your energy like battery power in your phone.
Frequently asked
How can I live an ambitious life without trading my health for success?
John Allen Mollenhauer found that the answer lies in managing and restoring energy on a systematic basis. He uses NES to lift the lid on energy mechanics, moving beyond just sleep and nutrition to address the body's master control system.
Is energy management just about getting more sleep?
According to Mollenhauer, while sleep is critical, it is not enough to offset sixteen hours of high-energy expenditure. He advocates for proactively recharging energy during waking hours using tools like NES to ensure the body battery remains powered.
What does a NES scan actually show a user?
Mollenhauer explains that the scan provides a wealth of insight by mapping the human biofield. It transforms energy from an esoteric concept into a visible picture that helps users see how to correct the flow of information in their bodies.
