The interview

What is your overall feeling about working with Neal Conlon?

I'm doing this testimonial now, and I am so joyous that I continued to get to work with Neal. Because for me, it was one thing to start working with Neal, but now I've had a taste and I only wanna continue working with Neal.

What specific business challenges were you facing before you started working with him?

Some of the things that I was dealing with before working with Neal was on my business plan, working on some clarity, specifically regarding our target market outreach and how we would find awareness within our clientele.

What would you say is Neal's unique strength or 'superpower'?

I think Neal's superpower is his ability to persevere through any limiting belief that may linger, that may pop up within himself, and of course, all of his clientele. I love that about Neal. Working with Neil is like... I love the way his brain works. He continually just thinks as if there is no box, not necessarily outside of the box, but as if there is no box.

How has Neal impacted your strategic thinking and network?

He has vast connections that I still don't understand to this day, and I love it. There has been times to where he's unlocked aha moments within me as it pertains to my strategy and my thought processing and the way that I wanna move.

How does he help with your specific market positioning?

I try to be incredibly intentional. We're not for mass market, and oftentimes not being for mass market means that most, if not all of our awareness and outreach campaigns are gonna be the exact opposite of mass market. And so Neal gravitates towards that, and he gives so many good insights on how we could be better in that regard.

What would you say to someone who is hesitant to hire Neal?

If you're on the fence with working with Neal, then you may be continually on the fence as it pertains to obtaining your goals. One of the things about Neal that made me wanna work with him outside of his previous background and his connections and network is he cares. He thinks about you when he's in another conversation with someone else. You're always top of mind for him.
