The interview

What was your biggest takeaway from the experience?

There's so many of them but it's not like the biggest one, it's like all adds up. It's all small little things that add up to a huge thing, like an aha moment. For example, the perspective of being 'crazy' because I get triggered so easily. My ex-husband or ex-boyfriend kept telling me, 'you're crazy,' and my nervous system would just go all the way high up.

How did you used to react to those triggers before this program?

I'm like, 'oh my God, how dare you say that?' and it starts to defend myself. I started to attack them, I started hurting them. I was taking it in a very offended way.

How has your perspective on those triggers changed now?

This time the takeaway is like, oh, people are weird, people are crazy, but sometimes they can use that towards making money or making things better. Artists are crazy but they make amazing art. Crazy doesn't mean it's a bad word. Now I'm like, 'you are crazy, you are the cool kind of crazy.'

What is the result after five or six days of training?

After this past five, six days I'm like I don't get triggered anymore. I don't get triggered by people calling me crazy, I don't get triggered by people calling me weird, I love it actually. I love people telling me, 'you're weird, you're cool, you're crazy cool.' I'm like yes I am crazy, I am weird.

How do you feel about the overall healing journey and the facility?

I'm very excited because I just feel I didn't know that healing journey could be this beautiful and this is truly a gift. That's the reason I'm so grateful for this facility, for everyone who guided me through this journey, for everyone to be here and be with me.

What are your thoughts on the value of the program?

I wish I'd be able to help more people because I know this is a good start and I know this healing journey is going to be awesome a hundred percent, I feel every single penny worth it.

I started to attack them, I started hurting them but this time takeaway is like oh people are weird, people are crazy but sometimes they can use that weird and crazy towards to making money, right? Towards make things better like artists are crazy but they make amazing art. So, sometimes it's just what's the definition of each person to define crazy, so crazy doesn't mean it's a bad word. So when I was taking it before this I was taking it in a very offended way but now after in the past months I keep charging myself like you are crazy, you are the cool kinda crazy. After this like past five, six days I'm like I don't get triggered anymore, I don't get triggered by people calling me crazy, I don't get triggered by people calling me weird, I love it actually. That's the reason I'm so grateful for this facility for everyone who guide me through this journey, for everyone to be here and be with me. I'm so grateful and I just really, I'm just trying to see if there's a way that I can help my parents to be in here and my brother or the person I truly care about. I want to heal not only for the people be able to afford to be healed to come here. I want to heal that people they want to change and then they couldn't change, they don't have that. So that's the reason I was just even thinking about this like oh my god. Like if this facility could be in China because I'm from China and I'm from Shanghai. This facility could be in Shanghai I'll comment people it's going to be like going to be so helpful. Because in China there's no therapist, there's no legitimate healing place, there's no even IV dripping. It's very suppressing like Asian culture. This is such a good outlet towards a trained viewers. Imagine how big is China like how many people in China. It's just I'm just so fascinating especially in my pod. I wish I'd be able to help more people because I know this is a good start and I know this healing journey is going to be awesome a hundred percent, I feel every single penny worth it.
